Cancellation Policy
Participant withdrawals must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager. Registration Fees will be refunded on cancellation as follows:
On or before 2 July 2010: a full refund will be made, less an administration fee of $100.00
After 2 July 2010 and before 6 August: 50% of all registration fees will be refunded.
After 6 August 2010: No registration fees will be refunded, however you are welcome to send a substitute delegate as your replacement. You are required to advise the Conference Manager of the name of the substitute delegate.
Refunds of tickets to additional event activities such as social functions and tours will also be refuned in full if cancellation is received prior to 6 August 2010. If cancellation is received after 6 August no refunds will be made.
Registration

Early Bird and Full Registration includes: entry into all conference sessions and exhibition area, conference pack and name badge, conference handbook, morning teas, lunches, attendance at the welcome function and conference dinner.
Daily Registrations
| Day 1 - Wednesday, 1 September 2010 | $200.00 |
| Day 2 - Thursday, 2 September 2010 | $200.00 |
| Day 3 - Friday, 3 September 2010 | $200.00 |
Daily registration includes: entry to conference sessions and exhibition area for the day of registration, name badge, conference handbook, morning and afternoon teas and lunch.
Registrations will close on 28 August 2010.
Accommodation
We have negotiated special room prices at various hotels and motels. To receive these special prices simply book your accommodation online when you register for conference.
Taste New Plymouth
We have organised 'Taste New Plymouth' to make it easier to find the kind of dining experience you would like on the first night in town. This is an optional social function and all costs are in addition to the registration fees. You must register on the registration form if you would like to dine at one of the selected local restaurants.
