Cancellation and Refunds

Participant withdrawals must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager.  Registration fees will be refunded on cancellation as follows:

On or before 2 July 2010:  full refund less administration fee of $100.00

After 2 July 2010:  50% refund of fees.

After 5 August 2010:  no refund, however you are welcome to send a substitute delegate as your replacement.  Please advise the Conference Manager of the name of the substitute delegate.

Registrations may not be shared.

Refunds are processed after conference.
