Registrations are now OPEN.  Early bird registration has been extended to 23 February 2010 so REGISTER NOW to take advantage of this special price.

Full Investment Option

  • Early Bird Registration $400+gst (registration received before 24 February 2010)
  • Standard Registration $480+gst (registration received on or after 24 February 2010)

Partial Investment Option

  • One Day Registration $200.00+gst (no early bird available for day registrations)

Daily registrations do not include tickets to any of the social functions. 
Tickets may be purchased separately as follows (ticket prices include GST):

  • $30.00  Whakawhanaungatanga Function
  • $60.00  Conference Dinner
  • $80.00  Breakfast (includes presenter sessions)

Cheque: make payable to Te Matarau Conference 2010 and post to PO Box 286, New Plymouth

Direct Credit: bank account details will be automatically sent to you when you register online.

Credit Card: we accept Visa and Mastercard only.

Confirmation of your registration will be forwarded to you via email, upon receipt of payment.

Daily registrations are only available for Wednesday, 24 March and Thursday, 25 March 2010 and includes:

  • Entry into conference sessions for one day only
  • Official conference pack and contents
  • Morning and afternoon tea, lunch
  • Entry to the exhibition area

 

 

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of Registration must be made in writing to the Conference Manager tematarau@auaha.co.nz   Registration fees will be refunded on cancellation as follows:

  • On or Before 1 March 2010:  100% less administration fee of $75.00
  • After 1 March 2010: No Refund, however you are welcome to send a substitute delegate as your replacement.  Please advise the Conference Manager of the name of the substitute delegate.

Refunds, if any will be processed after conference, and will be paid by direct credit to the registrants nominated bank account.

Registrations may not be shared.

If, for any reason beyond the control of the organising committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
